It's a very easy process.
If you would like to be set up with your own personalized Client Gateway website, simply send us an email with "Client Gateway" as the subject, and tell us in the body of the email what you're looking for. For example:
Property Type - (Condo, single family detached, land, etc.)
Maximum Price - (less than $200,000 or between $250,000 & $350,000, etc.)
Minimum number of Bedrooms
Minimum number of Baths
Area - (can be a zip code, school district, subdivision, or city)
Any additional requirements - (such as basement, brick, ranch or 2 story, garage, etc.)
That's all there is to it!
You will be emailed a link to your site which will contain homes that meet all of your search criteria. Anytime a new property comes on the market or a price change takes place, you will be sent a notification. The properties on your site will have data about the homes and in most cases, multiple photos. You will enjoy the ease of use of you new Client Gateway site.
